Jane has two dogs and two cats that are her family's beloved pets.
Jane Beaumont Hall, practices in the areas of estate planning and probate law, and is a member of Wealth Counsel, a national consortium of high-level estate planning attorneys. She is a member of bar associations in California, Oregon, and Hawaii, and is admitted to appear in front of the United State Supreme Court. She is an experienced litigator, negotiator and mediator.

As the firm’s founder, she holds to the highest standard of client services, scholarship and lawyer accessibility. She serves her clients by first listening closely to their goals, dreams and concerns. She then works with her clients to develop superior plans that reflect the clients’ own unique situations, while putting her knowledge and experience to work for their benefit. She maintains the highest level of knowledge and expertise through ongoing continuing education and frequent attendance at nationally recognized conferences.

Ms Hall attended DePaul University Law School and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark School of Law. In addition to Wealth Counsel, she is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Santa Monica Bar Association, the Rotary Club of Santa Monica and she serves as Vice Chair of the Red Cross of Santa Monica. She is an honored Red Cross volunteer.

Having over 150 hours of alternative conflict resolution training, Jane has assisted in resolving hundreds of cases and has been an active ADR trainer for elementary and law students, school administrators, lawyers, and Girl Scout leaders, among others. She was honored for volunteer services (performed since 1993) to the Centinela Valley Juvenile Diversion Project Victim Offender Mediation Program.


Anne Stickley           Client Services Director

Anne Stickley works with our clients on their documents and transferring assets into their trusts. She provides detailed assistance and believes strongly in the importance of estate planning. She has a degree in Political Economics from U.C. Berkeley and a California bi-lingual teaching credential. Anne has worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide for Senator Alan Cranston and as a federal lobbyist for San Diego, Ventura, and Riverside counties. She also has a broad background in grant writing. Anne has trained through Wealth Counsel in estate planning and brings her competent and caring assistance to our clients.


Richard Doyon, Ph.D. Business Strategist Consultant & IT Director

Richard has two dogs, a collie and a poodle mix.

Richard Doyon works with our business clients to structure business succession and strategic planning. With over 25 years experience, his broad background and worldview help him ask the right questions of our business clients, enabling them to discover new and innovative solutions to complex issues. Our clients’ businesses range from small to large, family owned to multiple unrelated owners, from professional practices to farms and ranches. Each business poses its own unique issues.

Richard has served as the President of the Association for Strategic Planning – Los Angeles.

Richard’s past consulting experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small professional practices. He studied Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received his PhD in Sociology from the University of Washington. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Management at the Loyola University Graduate School of Business and the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University as well as teaching at UCLA extension.
